Dr. Sanjeev Chatni

Introduction:

Dr. Sanjeev Chatni holds the distinction of being the first Medical Gastroenterologist in Hubballi Dharwad. He earned his MD in Medicine from the esteemed B J Medical College and Sassoon Hospital, Pune, in 2001. Following this, he pursued his DNB in Gastroenterology at Tata Cancer Hospital, Mumbai, completing it in 2005.

Post his DNB in Gastroenterology, Dr. Chatni served as a Clinical Associate Professor at AIMS Kochi, where he also took charge of the DNB Training program. He has actively contributed to organising various Gastroenterology conferences in the twin cities.

Author of 20 Publications in Journals, including book chapters.

Medical Breakthrough:

Pioneered the first-ever Intragastric Balloon insertion in North Karnataka.
