An ACL injury is stretched, partially torn, or completely torn anterior cruciate ligament, The ACL, the Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL), Medial Collateral Ligament (MCL) and Lateral Collateral Ligament (LCL) are the four main stabilising ligaments of the knee.
